I wanted to share my experience with the folks at Gatesville RV. I took my motorhome in about five weeks ago for several things that were to be covered by the extended warranty. I know five weeks sounds like a long time but the service and especially the communication with the folks at the RV service department were some of the best I’ve ever had. I know sometimes people don’t realize that it takes time to get things done especially through insurance. I would like to personally thank James, Larry and Drake for doing such a great job.
